These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for Certentis, a digital service of Acadeo GmbH, Rathausstraße 43, 57537 Wissen, Deutschland. Dem fit consumers and, where expressly agreed, businesses too.

Certentis provides a Humanizer for controlled text editing, an AI scanner for statistical analysis of language patterns, and a plagiarism check to identify matches and sources. The exact scope of the service comes from the relevant product page and checkout.

Outputs and reports dey generated automatically. Even with technical checks, language, subject-matter, citation-related or classification errors fit happen. You must check the content and sources yourself before using them.

You still get your rights to content wey you enter or upload. You give Acadeo GmbH the non-exclusive rights wey e need to transfer, process automatically, check, store temporarily, and provide the results wey you request.

We no dey use customer texts to train our own or other people generative models. Third-party rights to sources, quotations, trademarks, or any other parts no dey affected.

The legal rights for defects apply. Acadeo GmbH get unlimited liability for intentional acts and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory legal provisions.

If we slightly negligently breach an important contract duty, liability go dey limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical loss wey fit happen when contract start.
