Right of cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
Exercising the right of cancellation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Acadeo GmbH, Rathausstraße 43, 57537 Wissen, Deutschland, Phone +49 2742 7292777, Email info@acadeo.ai, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the performance of services should begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in comparison to the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.
Commencement of service before the end of the cancellation period
If you request immediate performance, Certentis may begin providing the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
In the case of a service contract, the right of cancellation only expires upon full performance of the service if you expressly agreed before performance commenced and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that your right of cancellation expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
