Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Andrej Gluchow (CERTENTIS), Brahmsstr. 6, 57577 Hamm, Deutschland, telephone +49 163 7365970, email info@certentis.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

If you request immediate provision, Certentis may begin providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

In the case of a service contract, the right of withdrawal expires only when the service has been provided in full, provided that you expressly consented to this before the service began and simultaneously confirmed that you were aware that your right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance of the contract. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
